Responsible for the day to day servicing of assigned clients. This involves working on renewals, gathering updated information, preparing applications and marketing to our carriers, reviewing quotes, preparing proposals. Handling calls from insureds and underwriters. Requesting policy changes, reviewing policies for accuracy and invoicing. Working closely with the agents to ensure the best customer service possible.
To join our team in this position, you must possess a current California Fire and Casualty License and have a minimum of 5 years commercial lines experience.
