Description DIRECTOR, HEALTH INFO SVCS - Provides leadership to one or more departments, ensuring the integration of Hospitals mission and values into the work environment; translates the organizations strategic plan into department goals and budget, monitors the progress, and takes appropriate action, as needed; plans staffing and oversees the hiring, development and corrective action of department human resources; creates, develops and facilitates departmental teams; develops and interprets department(s) policies; collaborates with other departments about interdepartmental issues; and addresses and resolves the most difficult problems within the department..
