Job Duties Include: Creating and submitting insurance claims on behalf of a patient. Ensuring accurate entry of all work into the designated computer system. Complete claim forms, submit bills and claims, perform quality control procedures on all claim forms and detail bills to ensure accurate Billing. Researching and obtaining incomplete or additional information for billing requirements. Run daily or monthly reports. HMO/PPO experience, and solid comprehension of EOMBs is a must.
