This position includes all aspects of customer service and contact - collecting information, choosing markets, rating, doing proposals: selecting and ordering coverages with clients; updating agency systems, making policy changes; reviewing renewal coverages and recommending changes; and maintaining company relationships.

A successful candidate will: be licensed, and willing to attend continuing education; be capable of learning new methods, insurance contracts, rating systems, and guidelines; be well spoken, well written, trustworthy, problem solving, detail oriented, procedure based, patient, accurate, considerate, and empathetic; be competent with Word, Excel, Windows, Agency management software, insurance company rating software;. and be familiar with insurance company underwriting.
