Walnut Creek, CA CSE Insurance seeks Customer Service Analyst 1 to join our team. RESPONSIBILITIES: The candidate will reply to inquiries regarding personal lines and commercial policies. The incumbent will service policy problems relating to rating, coverage and premium payment accounting. He/she will also assist on all house account agency files. Other responsibilities include: reviewing and issuing Automobile and Property trailing documents, processing personal lines endorsements within the authority level as well as reviewing and approving reinstatements within authority level.

QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires one to three years of insurance company experience in a personal lines property and casualty department. A High School diploma is preferred. The applicant must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent mathematical skills including the ability to rate policies are required. The candidate must be able to type 55 - 65 wpm. PC skills, including the use of MS Windows NT, MS Excel and insurance software are vital to success in this role.
