Inside sales of Auto/Fire/Life/Health and Banking products

Required Competencies - Articulate command of the English language - bilingual (Spanish a plus but not required)

• Must be a self starter with the ability to create, develop and nurture relationships
• Outstanding communication skills; written and verbal for in-person and phone interaction
• Desire to succeed, self motivated and high energy
• 1+ years sales experience (selling for an insurance agency, brokerage or direct writer is required)
• Prior successful sales experience (Required) with References
• Must have proven ability to produce and close sales in a competitive environment
• Strong learning and multi-tasking ability essential to working in a growing fast-paced company
• Ethical, honest with a superior work ethic
• Computer proficiency (Required)
• Aptitude for comprehending and evaluating insurance company underwriting practices and ability to evaluate and recommend insurance solutions
• Current P&C/or Life Licenses required
• Must be able to move around the office with ease and be extremely reliable/dependable
• Must pass Background/drug Test and have a clean Driving record.
