Iowa Bankers Insurance & Services, located in Johnston, IA, is seeking an energetic and highly motivated person for the position of Financial Institution Marketing Representative for the Western Iowa territory. This position works with senior bank management securing coverage for Fidelity Bonds, Director & Officer coverage and other related financial institution coverages for the bank facilities.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years commercial lines experience. Current Iowa property casualty licenses and a valid driver’s license are also required. Demonstrated ability to sell and market as well as excellent interpersonal communication skills is a must. Candidates must be familiar with the insurance laws and regulations and willing to take courses to keep abreast of current market conditions and maintain appropriate licenses and insurance designations. Preference will be given to candidates holding professional designations such as CPCU, CIC, CRM, or other related designations.
